We serve a variety of clients such as Commercial Construction Lenders for new construction and renovation work, Tax Credit Lenders, Property Owners and Managers, Housing Authorities, Equity Investors, Partnerships, Developers and many others. We have years of experience working within the requirements of multiple programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and USDA Rural Development.

Brett Patton - Principal - Managing Director - Western Region
Brett brings over 25 years of valuable experience in the construction industry making him an ideal consultant for your projects. Brett has successfully served as a trusted advisor to lenders and equity partners providing expert guidance on real estate development and construction projects. His experience includes managing high-stakes, complex projects not only as a consultant but also as a key member for a leading general contractor.
Brett began his career in the construction industry as a journeyman electrician. This hands on experience ingrained in him a deep understanding of the technical aspects of construction, and he has continued to pursue his passion for development and technical proficiency throughout his career. This foundation allows Brett to bring a unique and practical perspective to his consulting roles.
Since 2003, Brett has been a key player in the construction consulting industry. For over 15 years, he held pivotal roles as Director of Operations and Regional Director at a nationally recognized consulting firm. These positions gave him a unique perspective on business management and support processes, enabling him to deliver exceptional project outcomes and build strong, lasting client relationships.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. His technical proficiency and dedication to excellence are complemented by his approachable demeanor and commitment to understanding his clients' unique needs. Brandon Patton - Managing Director - Eastern Region
As a former Owner, Executive, and Manager in a $700M+ regional General Contracting firm, Brandon brings over 30 years of large commercial construction experience with single projects ranging up to $300M+. Possessing an intimate knowledge of project development, accounting, estimating, design and operations, as well as governmental agency interaction and industry compliance, Brandon brings a wealth of combined experiences to our clients. Focused on a wide variety of projects including education, healthcare, governmental, sports/athletics, hospitality, multi-family, industrial, and mission critical allows Brandon to draw from a deep wealth of experiences to analyze risk management and forward-thinking solutions to projects. Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science.
