Construction Monitoring

Construction observation and monitoring services consist of physical site visits along with reviews of the requested hard costs from the General Contractor.  

Site visits are normally conducted monthly to coincide with the contractor's application for payment. We highly recommend monthly visits to the site to ensure our clients stay connected to the project and minimize surprises that can come from longer gaps of time. The inspection interval will be collaboratively established according to the specific project and needs.

While visiting the site, our consultants typically meet with a member of the construction team while documenting the progress.  The information is then used to complete our site observation report, which reviews the progress, the schedule, stored materials, change orders, hard cost draw, and identify any issues that were reported or observed while onsite.
