Plan & Cost Reviews
Plan & Cost Reviews, also known as Front End Analysis, are completed prior to construction. This review is to assess the feasibility of the project from a design and financial analysis. Roam will review the provided pre-construction documentation to include:
- Plans & Specifications
- Construction Contract
- Development & Construction Budgets
- Third Party Reports (Environmental, Geotechnical & other pertinent reports)
- Architectural and Other Design Professional Agreements
